About the Role
As a Senior Research Analyst, you will lead research projects, analyze complex datasets, and provide strategic insights to support key business decisions. This role requires strong expertise in data analysis, critical thinking, and strategic research.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage research projects from inception to execution.
Develop data-driven strategies based on market trends and business needs.
Utilize statistical models, predictive analytics, and visualization tools to interpret data.
Work with cross-functional teams to enhance business strategies.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in research and data analysis.
Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data visualization.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
